Study evaluating the activity of a hair lotion on subjects with thinning hair and/or hair loss.	To evaluate clinically and through non-invasive instrumental investigations, after 3 months of application, Crescina's effectiveness (and its tolerability) in terms of natural hair growth.	In vivo test - 25 subjects see photographs	90 days	05.05.1999	After 3 months of application, the test showed a statistically significant average increase of 13% over baseline of the growing hair. Observation of photograms shows growth in 45% of cases.
Study evaluating the activity of a hair lotion on subjects with thinning hair and/or hair loss, after 4 months of application.	To evaluate clinically and through non-invasive instrumental investigations, after 4 months of application, Crescina's effectiveness (and its tolerability) in terms of natural hair growth. This is the continuation until 4 months of the previous study.	In vivo test - 25 subjects	30 days (total: 120 days)	08.06.1999	After 4 months of application, the test showed a statistically significant average increase of 14% over baseline of the growing hair. Observation of photograms shows growth in 53% of cases.
Test evaluating Crescina preparation on subjects with thinning hair.	To evaluate clinically Crescina's effectiveness in terms of natural hair growth on subjects with thinning.	In vivo test - 25 subjects vs placebo	6 months	15.07.1999	All subjects showed a hair growth more visible on the side of the scalp where Cescina was used instead of placebo. 50% of thinning of the sample has improved the state of thinning already after 2 months of application of the preparation.

To evaluate the adjuvant effectiveness of a topical care in natural hair growth on subjects with thinning, after 3 months of use, through instrumental analysis.	In vivo test - 40 subjects	90 days	20.01.2001	Statistically significant increase of the number of hairs during the anagen phase after 2 months of application.
In vitro evaluation of the enhancing activity induced by cosmetic preparations for the care of hair thinning on human fibroblasts and keratinocytes.	To establish quantitatively the effectiveness of the product tested on the cell proliferation and on the increase on the content total proteins.	In vivo test on fibroblasts and human keratinocytes see tables	72 hours	19.07.2004	The core of the preparation (Cysteine, Lysine and Glycoprotein) is very effective in enhancing the proliferation of human fibroblasts. It is then effective in promoting protein neosynthesis in keratinocytes and fibroblasts.
Effects of Crescina on human primary epidermal and dermal cells.	To verify Crescina's effectiveness (Cysteine, Lysine and Glycoprotein) on the cell proliferation and on the protein synthesis in fibroblasts and keratinocytes. Assessment in human of the effect on natural hair growth of a hair lotion after application under normal conditions of use.	To evaluate Crescina's effectiveness in natural hair growth on subjects with significant thinning.	In vivo test - 15 subjects see photographs	90 days	24.05.2006	Crescina has a good efficacy on the hair growth. After 2 or 3 months' application, increase the number of anagen hair ( 10%). After 2 months 78% of the volunteers showed an increased in percentage of anagen hair. Study conducted on volunteers with hair thinning.
